Michael Song serves as the Managing Director and Founder of MS2 Retail Advisory, channeling his passion towards empowering retailers to achieve scalability and competitive edge by tapping into top-tier global talent. With a successful history spanning two decades with retailers throughout North America, Michael brings a wealth of expertise in merchandising, finance, operations, supply chain management, e-commerce, and technology. His career highlights include spearheading significant organizational and technological transformations for retailers across North America.
Michael holds an MBA from Cornell University and is a licensed CPA in Ontario, Canada. He completed his undergraduate studies in Business Administration at Wilfrid Laurier University.

Ramaswamy Narayanan is our India GCC advisor and subject matter expert. He has nearly 30 years of experience in technology with a specific focus and expertise in the Global Capability Centers. He has established and managed Global Capability Centers in leadership and consulting roles for global companies such as United Technologies Corporation, Otis Elevator Company, Medtronic PLC, BlackHawk Networks and 3M with specific focus on building capability, optimizing cost, setting up COEs with specialized skills and domain to drive innovation. Serving as advisory to Capability Centers through strong ties with industry bodies such as NASSCOM in India.
