Mandatory prerequisites for all roles:

• You are a retailer and love retail.
• Love working with people and have excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written).
  
• You bring order to chaos because you are process driven.
• Loves building, mapping, fine-tuning, and following business processes.
• Extremely detailed oriented.
• Ability to work professionally and remotely with North American clients, 100% of the time.
• Depending on the role, the ability to work North American business hours.
